Credit Monitoring Requirement
All clients are required to maintain active credit monitoring services with our approved provider for the duration of their engagement. The current cost is $29.95 per month, subject to change. Credit monitoring is a mandatory requirement in order to receive services from Futuristic Tech Education and Consulting LLC.

We Stand Behind the Quality of Our Services
You are entitled to a 100% refund of all service fees paid if all of the following conditions are met:
1.
No Deletions Achieved
There have been no removals or corrections of any challenged items from your credit report during our service period.
2.
Minimum Service Duration
You have maintained our services for at least 120 consecutive days without any missed or failed payments.
3.
Starting Condition
At the time of enrollment, you had a minimum of four (4) negative items on your credit report.
4.
No Recent Credit Repair Activity
You have not used another credit repair or credit consulting agency, nor attempted to repair your credit on your own, within the 12 months prior to enrollment.
5.
Updated Credit Reports Provided
You agree to provide updated credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) to our office within five (5) days of receipt.
Credit bureaus typically send updated reports every 30–45 days after disputes.
If you do not receive updated reports within this time frame, you must notify us immediately.
