Any disputed payment made without valid cause will be considered theft of service. In such cases, Futuristic Tech Education and Consulting LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including but not limited to assignment of the account to a collection’s agency and/or obtaining a judgment through the appropriate court of law.
